The flooring industry can be overwhelming – from flooring choices to selecting a retailer and installer. There will always be someone who can do it faster, cheaper or offer you something that makes their service seem cost effective. That is not us.
Since 1985, we have offered our customers honesty, reliability and education. We will not sell you products you don’t need or want. We will not pressure you in to a sale. You will not have the quoted price for your project changed after we’ve started.
What we will do is educate you on why certain products will work better, explain potential issues of taking short cuts and why we won’t do that, and we stand behind our work. Yes, mistakes happen – and when they do, we fix them. Yes, sometimes products fail (even great products!) and we will be there to answer your call, doing everything in our power to make it right. If we don’t know the answer to a question, we’ll tell you and get an answer.
It is important to us to build a long term relationship with our customers and community. It is why we guarantee our installation for life.
